I'm missing a product or part of a product from my order, what do I do?
Indicate this problem, take a picture and email to us at onlinesales@jk.com.sg. Please include your name, contact number, and order receipt number in the email in order for us to speed up our response to you. We respond to you within the next 3-7 working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?
First, take out the instruction manual to read through the operation instructions. If the item is still faulty, please call our hotline (67430911) for appointment and bring the product (with your online order receipt) to our service center within 5 working days from delivery for product exchange. If it is 6 working days but less than a month, we welcome you to call our hotline for appointment and bring the product to our service center for repair/servicing. Our service centre address is at 12 Changi North Way #03-06 Singapore 498791.
How do I register for warranty?

What are the terms and conditions for the warranty?
Warranty is valid within Singapore and not outside of Singapore. This warranty covers defective materials and manufacturing faults for a period of one year (12-month) from the date of purchase. Warranty period varies with various products. Within the valid warranty period, faulty parts will be replaced once with no charge but owner shall bear the cost of spare parts for subsequent repairs and replacements. This warranty does not cover but not limited to owner’s misuse, accidents, negligence, alteration, modification, or by means of tampered with, or repaired by any unauthorized service personnel. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damages to the teflon coating, glass parts, inner pot, plastic parts, cutter blades, lamp bulb, handle, knob, baking tray, vacuum flexible hose, fan blades, remote controls, all detachable accessories and as per specify in the Instruction Manual. Under no condition must the serial number be erased, defaced or altered by the dealer or customer, otherwise the warranty is rendered void. The original receipt, gift recipient, warranty card or e-warranty must be presented without demand when you send in your product for repair/service. Any product sent in for repair or service must be collected within 30 days from the date send-in. All unclaimed repaired and serviced products will be subjected to Juan Kuang (Pte) Ltd disposal, if it has not been collected after 30 days. We do not provide on-site service.
How Long will delivery take?
After you placed the order in JKPL website and confirmed the payment, our customer service officers will process it within 72 hours. Any order received after 6pm on a Friday will be processed on the following Monday.
JKPL may require 3-5 working days to get the product ready for shipping out. A chargeable fee of S$50 applies for urgent delivery.
Residential properties such as condominiums may have their specific delivery timing. Please check with your condominium management office and get approval before proceeding to checkout. Kindly inform your MCST office once we have confirmed the delivery date and time.
In the event of peak season period, JKPL reserves the right to propose current delivery to the next available delivery date via phone call confirmation.
Can I self-collect my products?
We provide a self-collection option at our customer care centre address at 12 Changi North Way #03-06 S498791. Please call in advance to check stock availability before arranging for self-collection. Self-collection operating hours as per herein: Monday to Friday: 9.30am to 5pm (Closed on Sat / Sun / Public Holiday) Please bring along your order confirmation email for collection. Collections are to be done within 2 weeks and will be cancelled/forfeited if they remain uncollected without prior notice.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Do note that return and exchange can only be done if you received the wrong item or item is defective.
Request for return/exchange is allowed within 7 days from the date of delivery. It must be in the original packaging (Packaging material/Accessories/Instruction Manual etc). If after 7 days, customers are requested to bring the item to Juan Kuang (Pte) Ltd for repair/service. Clearance offer items are not eligible for refund or exchange.

If Bulky items are faulty after contractor has delivered and installed, do approach the respective Brand’s service centers for repair or service for any product failure (within the warranty period)(Online warranty registration required)

When can I expect my refund?
Customers are allowed to cancel their order within 24 hours. Cancellation after 24 hours will impose an administration fee of $10.00 Normal processing time for a refund (for order cancellation) is 2 to 4 weeks from the date of request. If a cancellation fee of SGD10.00 has been imposed, the refund amount will be the purchase price with SGD10.00 deducted. We do not practice cash refund for products sold online.
All refund will be to the original mode of payment.
What is the delivery charges? (For small appliances & Electrical Accessories & Lamps (Less than 15Kg)(Excluded Bulky items/Large appliances))
For purchases below S$200, a delivery fee applies. ($20 per Trip)
For purchases above S$200, there would be free delivery service.
No delivery charges for self-collection
The delivery address cannot be changed once order(s) has been delivered.
If the delivery is to a home address, it is best to ensure someone is at home to receive the goods.
Delivery timing will be between 10am to 10pm, depends on the location and item purchased. (No delivery on Sat/Sun/Public Holiday)
If you are not home at the time of delivery, additional delivery charges ($20) may apply for a subsequent trip.
Purchase order cannot be canceled once the order has been shipped.
Delivery time may vary depending on your location, please allow 3 – 5 business days for delivery.
What is the delivery charges? (Fridge, Washers, Dryers, Fire resistance Safe Boxes, Portable Air Con or other item that may require installation services)
For your convenience, JKPL appointed contractor will deliver— at your preferred date and time (subject to availability) with a delivery fee of S$40 which will be reflected in your sales order. However, after appointment is fixed, should you be unavailable, rearrangement can be done provided you inform JKPL at least 24 hours before the appointed time. Please note that JKPL would offer you the next available date and time slot. A separate delivery charge of S$40 will be imposed if the cancellation is made after our delivery team has already been activated to make the delivery or rearrangement done within 24 hours from appointed date and time. However, JKPL is pleased to waive that fee for 1-time rearrangement of delivery date and time if cost of goods ordered exceed S$1,500.
If you are unable to receive the item in person, you may authorize a Singaporean above the age of 18 to receive the item on your behalf. (Please ensure he or she must be able to understand how to operate the product which the delivery and/or technician explain during installation).
There will be no deliveries outside Singapore. Addresses outside Singapore will not be accepted.
Delivery to the first storey (Ground Floor) is free of charge. In the event where the delivery address is a non-lift development, a surcharge of S$30 for each subsequent floor is to be added. (i.e. staircase delivery to the third level of a semi-detached house will cost S$60 additional). We appreciate if you could let us know beforehand if the delivery place has lift access. For bulky items (more than 90kg), additional charges will be imposed by the delivery contractor which is assessed at the site. (There is a charge of S$80.00 for disposing of existing item).
No delivery charges for self-collection.
Non-standard installation (example change of adaptor/connector for washer), additional charges will be imposed by respective contractor.
