DELIVERY

In compliance with MTI guidelines, our delivery personnel must leave the premises once the items are put in place. Our staff will observe and comply with stringent hygiene and safe distancing practices if on-site installation is required.

Delivery within Singapore only.

For small appliances & Electrical Accessories & Lamps (Less than 15Kg)(Excluded Bulkier items)

For purchases below S$200, a delivery fee applies. ($20 per Trip)

For purchases above S$200, there would be free delivery service.

No delivery charges for self-collection

The delivery address cannot be changed once order(s) has been delivered.

If the delivery is to your home address, it is best to ensure someone is at home to receive the goods.

Delivery timing will be between 10am to 10pm, depends on the location and item purchased. (No delivery on Sat/Sun/Public Holiday)

If you are not home at the time of delivery, additional delivery charges ($20) may apply for a subsequent trip.

Purchase order cannot be canceled once the order has been shipped.

Delivery time may vary depending on your location, please allow 3 – 5 business days for delivery.

JKPL Delivery for Bulkier Items

(Fridge, Washers, Dryers, Fire resistance Safe Boxes, Portable Air Con or other item that may require installation services)

For your convenience, JKPL appointed contractor will deliver— at your preferred date and time with a delivery fee of S$40 that will be reflected in your sales order. However, should you be unavailable on the indicated date and time and request JKPL to deliver the goods again on another date and time, cancellation has to be done at least 24 hours before the stated time and date of delivery. A separate delivery charge of S$40 will be imposed if the cancellation is made after our delivery team has already been activated to make the delivery. However, JKPL will be pleased to waive that fee if goods ordered exceed S$1,500.


If you are unable to receive the item in person, you may authorize a Singaporean above the age of 18 to receive the item on your behalf.


No delivery will be made to any address outside Singapore.


The first storey is free of charge (e.g. delivery to the ground floor is free) + S$30 to each subsequent non-lift-accessible storey (i.e. staircase delivery of an appliance to a non-lift accessible 3rd storey, such as level 3 of a semi-detached house will cost S$60). 


For Bulkier item that is more than 90kg, additional charges will be imposed by contractor. (subject to onsite situation)( $80 help to dispose your existing item)


No delivery charges for self-collection


Non-standard installation (example change of adaptor/connector for washer), additional charges will be imposed by contractor.

Fulfillment Schedule of Juan Kuang Pte Ltd (JKPL)

After you placed the order in JKPL website and confirmed the payment, our customer service officers will process it within 72 hours. Any order that comes in after 6pm on a Friday, it will only be processed on the following Monday.

JKPL may require 3-5 working days to get the item ready for your Store-Collection (JKPL) or for shipping out. A fee of S$50 applies for urgent delivery.

 

For Self-Collection

Goods must be collected within 30 days from the date on which the goods are ready for collection.

 

Residential such as condominiums may have specific delivery time slots. Please check with your management and get approval before proceeding to checkout. Kindly inform your management once we have confirmed the delivery date and time.

JKPL reserves the right to cancel any delivery request and propose the next available delivery date.

 

Return, exchange and repair Policy

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and sealed.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at 67430911 ext 155/156

 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@jk.com.sg (Tel: 67430911) and send your item to:
