Do note that return and exchange can only be done if you received the wrong item or item is defective.
Request for return/exchange is allowed within 7 days from the date of delivery. It must be in the original packaging (Packaging material/Accessories/Instruction Manual etc). If after 7 days, customers are requested to bring the item to Juan Kuang (Pte) Ltd for repair/service. Clearance offer items are not eligible for refund or exchange.

If Bulky items are faulty after contractor has delivered and installed, do approach the respective Brand’s service centers for repair or service for any product failure (within the warranty period)(Online warranty registration required)
